I "bumped" into Sister Wilson today at the airport before she departed for Canada. She looks blissfully happy and full of light.
I told her a story of leaving the MTC when I was a missionary (so long ago!) and going to the airport to see my family before I got on a plane to New York City. As I exited the MTC bus at the airport, there was my dad standing with open arms and I vividly remember rushing into them with a flood of emotions I didn't know that I had.
As Sister Wilson saw me from across the airport, she put her backs down and walked quickly into my waiting arms. It was a really, really long hug and in that moment, I was blessed to be her dad.
She is going to light Calgary on fire!
